Plowman’s Windows and Doors is a 3rd Generation Business that has been family owned for over 40 years and operated by a wonderful husband and wife team, along with 2 sons and co-workers that have become family as well. Located in downtown Millville, Plowman's was established in 1979 in the Salem County area but settled in Cumberland County in 1983. The family is happy to be raising their family in Millville and is especially proud to be able to serve the community with its window and door needs.

Plowman's is a full-service retail and wholesale business. We specialize in custom vinyl replacement windows of all shapes and sizes and feature doors of every sort.

We take pride in making sure our clients are happy long-term with their product. We strive to sell great products at great prices.

We also install the majority of the products we sell. Our business is based on the philosophy Quality first, Service second to none. Our installation crews are headed by Joe Plowman Sr. and both sons Wes and Phillip, where they all giving 110% service to the client. From the measuring of the first window or door to the cleaning of the last glass insert, every aspect of the job is handled with quality and professionalism.

Joe Plowman Sr. is a second generation Plowman in the window and door industry. He began working summers with his brother in 1967 and went full-time in 1971. Joe ventured out on his own in 1975. He has an extensive background in the building industry. With years of experience in roofing, framing, siding, decks, additions, and trim work, he has mastered many fields of construction. However, since 1990, he has specialized and focused his attention to the window and door industry, doing installations and alterations when necessary.

Carole Plowman is the head of our staff and showroom. She has a wealth of retail sales experience and has been in the business since 1981. Bunny Kohansky, sister of Joe, has been with the firm as office manager since 1992. William Germann has managed our counter sales, and order fulfillment department since 2010. Their knowledge, combined with that of other sales staff members, can make all the difference in choosing the right product for your project.
